What should I do if the remote control malfunctions due to repeated rapid button presses? If you press the remote control buttons rapidly within 1 second, it can freeze the light string program. To fix it, unplug and replug the light string. To avoid this, don't press the buttons repeatedly and quickly.

How many strands can be connected to the string of lights? Our light strings can be connected to a maximum of 90 bulbs. Connecting more than the specified limit will cause the lights to dim.

Are the light strings waterproof? Our string lights are insulated and waterproof, with a rubber coating on the exterior of the base. They have an IP65 waterproof rating, while the plug has an IP44 rating.
